“Kriste is a very sweet and sincere person. As a student, I felt comfortable and safe in her private lessons. It can be seen that she has a very long experience as a dancer and she can explain each step in great detail. I really liked the fact that she also focuses on the little things. In addition, Kriste has a good sense of humor - the private lesson was very fun. I sincerely recommend taking her lessons.”

“Want to share this information with all of you who has been interested in Kiz conception, classes and as a dance style at all. I can truly say that coming back to clear basics and connection point with K.Dance, after learning this style already 10 months, that opened my eyes and body. The understanding that I didn’t know nothing about basics, nothing about connections and I walked like an elephant made me re-learn a lot.. And it helped a way more. Today I am super thankful for them and I am super proud we have Kriste here, giving you all the baggage of knowledge she have It’s a call out to everyone, for totally beginners or even those who think they know already a lot or could dance. Believe me - there is so much more to correct and you could be much more lighter follower/leader”

“Kriste is an excellent dancer and teacher. My private lessons with her were focused on salsa on1, specifically on body movement. After Kriste's explanations and slow practice, I was able to understand the mechanics of the different body parts and also perform some sequences to target specific movements in coordination with music, very suitable for social dancing as well.

Kriste takes care of every detail which makes easier to understand the foundation of all the movements while quickly progressing towards more advanced combinations too. Besides, she's a very lively person, with a genuine passion for dancing and teaching which makes her classes very enjoyable. Looking forward to continuing learning with you in the future, Kriste”

“Highly recommend K.Dance UrbanKiz classes - Kriste really teaches technique and movement library, so you can create your own combination as a leader and develop a strong baseline understanding. Her classes are another level, it improved my understanding of Urban Kiz technique tremendously (and still soo much to learn) - both as a leader and a follower.”

“Kriste is very patient and an excellent teacher. For me, it was my first time learning how to dance. With just 4 lessons, she was able to spark an interest in dancing in me and teach me the basic steps. A great experience. I'm looking forward to the next time and would recommend it to anyone who has the idea of learning how to dance.”

“I think it is worth explaining my story: I am a bachatero and I wanted to start my journey in the Urban Kizomba world. I was attending some classes in some other studio before meeting Kriste Ruuber. When I met Kriste I was actually thinking of not continuing Urban Kiz BUT after talking to her, she asked me to give her a change to make me like it.

She took it as a challenge and we started having privates. To be honest, I haven't seen such a good dancing teacher. Her dedication, honesty, and ways for teaching made me turn around my situation, and I must say that now I am starting to even like more Urban Kiz more than bachata.

Thanks again Kriste for sharing you passion and transforming me as a great dancer. Keep going!”

“Learning under Kriste was an amazing experience. She gave me a more in-depth understanding of why and how to lead in Urban Kiz, which gives me confidence to lead all kinds of amazing moves in the future and have a smooth dance experience. There is so much detail which I was not aware of, and she has helped me understand and feel those details. I recommend her to everyone but only if you want to improve as a dancer and have a better experience on the dance field.”
